David’s Greek Salad

5 medium tomatoes, cut up
1 medium red onion, diced
1 green pepper, cut up
10 Greek olives
1/8-1/4 lb feta cheese
1 tsp dried marjoram
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic or red wine vinegar
salt & pepper to taste

Mix the vegetables and cheese together, then toss with the oil, vinegar, and spices. Prepare 1-2 hours before serving. This dish should be prepared and served at room temperature, refrigeration will lessen the flavors.
