Peach Salsa

3 cups pureed tomatoes
3 cups chopped tomatoes
5 large peaches (peeled and chopped)
2 green bell peppers(chopped)
2 onions (chopped)
3 (or more) finely chopped jalapenos (keep seeds in if you like it spicy)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic pepper (or a clove or two of fresh garlic-minced)
1-2 tbsp lime juice
splash of apple cider vinegar

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Let the mixture sit in fridge for about an hour prior to eating to allow the flavors to mingle.
