  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (chilled)
  • 1 cup peeled & diced zucchini or summer squash
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp Splenda (or honey,or agave nectar)
  • 1 cup ice
