Rick’s Salsa

  • 8 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 green sweet pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • drizzle of olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, serve with tortilla chips.
