recipe by Ginger Ingredients 1 summer squash or zucchini, or 2 kousa, thinly sliced 1 onion, thinly sliced 1 bunch kale or swiss chard, stems removed and roughly chopped 6 eggs 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or gruyere cheese Salt and pepper 1 Tablespoon butter Directions: Preheat broiler.
