Zucchini Fudge Cake

Ingredients
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and slightly cooled
1/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups unpeeled, coarsely grated zucchini

Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
Grease a 9 inch square cake pan. 

Blend the oil, suagr and eggs with an electric mixer until smooth.
 Add vanilla, chocolate and milk and beat until well blended. 
Sift dry ingredients, add to liquid mixture and beat until smooth. 
Stir in grated zucchini and pour into prepared pan.
 Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. 
Cool, and cover with Frosting if desired.
