Pink Radish Spread

from Tory, Lanesville CSA Member

1 cup minced red radishes
8 oz vegan cream cheese (tofutti)
1 1/2 tablespoons horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt

Put all in food processor and blend till smooth
Really nice with pumpernickel toasts
