from our 2009 CSA Potluck Dinner

4 cups chopped cabbage (~5 large leaves)
2 carrots, grated
1/2 red pepper, chopped
6 stalks celery, chopped
1 kohlrabi, peeled and shredded
3 radishes, chopped

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 tsp sugar

Prepare dressing, then toss with vegetables. Chill for 24 hours.
