Kale chips

Wash and de-stem the kale, toss it with olive oil and bake on a cookie sheet in a 400F oven. It doesn’t take long – maybe 5 minutes on one side, and 4 minutes on the other. Sprinkle with salt (if you like) and serve. Easy and very yummy side dish.
