East Street Watermelon Salsa

  • 3 cups diced watermelon, seeds and rind removed
  • 2 finely diced jalapeno peppers, seeds and ribs removed
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • juice of 1 large lime
  • 1/4 large red onion, diced
  • 2 pinches of salt


  1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate before serving.  May be made up to 1 day ahead.
