- 8 cups, seedless watermelon cubes
- 6 Tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup fresh lime juice
- A few springs mint or rosemary
- Puree watermelon in blender. Strain into bowl with fine meshed sieve. Stir in honey and lime juice. Transfer to a pitcher; stir in 1 1/2 cups water, ice, mint and lime slices. Chill, serve over ice.
