Intern Program

Since 2009, Farmer Dave’s has been proud to partner with CAEP (Communicating for Agriculture Education Programs) to host agricultural interns from around the world. Through this international exchange program, student farmers and agricultural professionals gain hands-on experience in diversified farming while becoming part of our local farm community.

As a host farm, we provide participants with practical experience across many aspects of modern agriculture, from crop production and harvest to farm operations, customer engagement, and sustainable growing practices.

The CAEP program is about more than agricultural training. It creates meaningful opportunities for cultural exchange, allowing participants and our team to share knowledge, traditions, and perspectives from around the world. These experiences enrich our workplace, strengthen our community, and foster lasting friendships that extend far beyond the growing season.
